How to add a Content Box

Content boxes can be used to display information about the tasks. Whether those are instructions or alerts- is completely up to you.

Adding a Content Box

Click on the Forms & Actions tab to configure the status page. This will display a blank box with an Available Actions bar on the right-hand side.
Drag and drop the Content action from the Available Actions into the blank box.
You can use HTML code in the content box. Select Yes from the Use HTML code? dropdown box. This will allow you to style and control how the content is displayed on the status page. If you do not wish to use HTML code, select No and type in the text you want to appear on the status page.
In the Visible to box, you can add users who you want to be able to view the content box. Internal Users can see the content by default.
Under Visibility Rules, you can hide the content until question(s) from forms are answered by clicking the Add Question button and adding a question. You can add more than one question and a specific answer, so the content will only show after this specified answer.
