Adding a Client Staff on SwiftCase

Learn how to add Client Contacts (client staff) to your SwiftCase, so you can create tasks related to those Clients and keep them updated throughout the process with SwiftCase's clear and automated communication channels!
Add your Client Contacts to SwiftCase
- Go to the Sidebar->Users->My Clients.
- This will take you to the Client page, where all your clients will be listed.
- Click on the Client for whom you want to add Client Staff, this will take you to their Client profile page.
- Next, click the 'Add Client staff' button in the 'Overview' tab.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can fill out the Client Staff details.
- Click 'save'.
- You will then be directed to the new Client Staff's profile page!
- Don't forget, you can add as many Client Staff as you want by repeating the above steps.
