Add 2 Factor Authentication to a User account - SwiftCase

Keeping your data secure is paramount at SwiftCase. To enable two-factor authentication on your user profile you will need the Google Authenticator app and an Android or iPhone device.

Enable 2Fa on your User Profile page

Visit your user profile page and you will find the Enable 2-Factor Auth button under Account Settings panel in the top right hand corner.

Click on Enable 2-Factor Auth and you will be presented with the modal below:

Open your Google Authenticator App and click the large + icon to scan the QR code. Hold your phones camera up to the screen and the app will automatically add the required data. Click Confirm on the SwiftCase modal and you will then be presented with the following screen:

Enter the code provided by Google Authenticator and Submit. You will now have 2Fa enabled on your account!
