SwiftCase has a highly configurable user experience. To control the extent to which a user can perform certain actions, or access particular areas of SwiftCase, you can change their Permissions.
Go to a User Profile Page
Visit the User Profile page of the user you would like to add the skill to and you will see the Account Settings panel on the top right of the page. click on Change Permissions.
Choose a Permission
You will be presented with a modal of Permission options as below:
Client Admin can see all the tasks related to a Client, including the tasks assigned to Client Contacts other than themselves.
Client Staff can see the tasks on the dashboard that have been assigned to themselves only.
