SwiftCase offers a full-featured CRM as part of the system. If you ever need to export the basic information about all of the users on SwiftCase then this can be performed in a few simple steps.
User Listings
Visit the User Listings page by clicking on the Users link in the sidebar.
The Search Form
Open the Search panel, and at the bottom of the form you will see an Export as .csv option. Apply your various filters, and if the configuration is possible you will be able to export a csv of users directly.
