The Statistics Overview allows you to get an immediate view of up to date statistics under myriad configurations. If you are interested in having these reports compiled and sent to you automatically on a regular basis, please visit the Statistics Builder page.
Search
Navigate to the Stats Overview page from the sidebar by clicking Statistics. You will be presented with the Search panel as below
Date From/To
This is the date range you would like to analyse.
Select a workflow(s)
You can filter for your different workflows here.
Select a user(s)
You can analyse your entire workforce or look at the tasks specific to individuals.
Select a user(s)
You can analyse your entire workforce or look at the tasks specific to individuals.
Stats
These are the pre-configured queries that will be run to analyse your tasks.
Clear Cache
Choose this to ensure that the data is completely up to date.
Get Statistics
Once you have submitted your configuration, within a short period of time the graphical representation of your data will appear beneath the Search container.
