Adding a Client Staff on SwiftCase

Learn how to add Client Contacts (client staff) to your SwiftCase, so you can create tasks related to those Clients and keep them updated throughout the process with SwiftCase’s clear and automated communication channels!

Adding Client Contacts

  1. Click Users and then click My Clients
  2. From the list of Clients, hover over the Client you want to add Client Staff to, and click Add Client Staff
  3. Fill out the Add Client Staff Form and click Save


You can add as many Client Staff to a Client as you want, by repeating the steps above
