How To Create A Task

SwiftCase is a case management software. Our case management system allows your Team to work together, as well as with your Clients, and track Tasks. Follow the steps below to find out how to create your first Task.

Create your first task

  1. Click Tasks to navigate to the Dashboard, then click add Create New Task
  2. Choose a Client and Client Staff and click Create Task
  3. Choose a Workflow for your Task and click Add Task
  4. Fill out the relevant fields, these will be subject to the Workflow you chose and click Save. Your Task has been created successfully! Click View Task to view the Task Page
