User Profile Overview
The key information regarding a user is all stored on the User Profile Page on SwiftCase. You can configure additional information using Profile Questions
Visit the User Profile page of the user you would like to add the skill to and you will see the Contact panel.
Click Create to add a new contact method, or hover over the existing contact to see edit/delete options
When this is checked, this means that the email address entered will be able to receive any automated email from SwiftCase. This will not prevent you from emailing them normally, only when a email scheduled event is fired.
Set as default
Checking this will tell the system to use this address by default for any automated communications.
The Address panel is below the Contact panel.
