SwiftCase offers a full featured CMS as part of the system. You can configure the information visible on the User Listings page to ensure that you have the most relevant data at your fingertips.
User List Page
Visit the User List page by clicking on the Users link in the sidebar to see what default columns are visible.
User Config
To navigate to the User List Columns options use the Admin page or hover over the User Config link and click User List Columns on the Sidebar.
Drag and Drop User List Columns
Once in the User Listings page simply choose the User Type you want the listings to be configured for and drag and drop the required columns. Click Save, and when you navigate to the User Index again, you should see your additional data.
